The quality of the linkage between rationality and emotions has been one of lasting issues in International Relations. Many International Relations’ thinkers have been trying to understand rational conducts and behaviors and prescribe some resolutions for emotional irrational decisions. These thinkers have mostly believed that rationality and emotions root in different sources and it is possible to protect ourselves and others against damaging results of emotions in world politics. New researches in International Relations and other related disciplines have questioned the premises and locked the thinkers’ eyes on emotions increasingly. The aim of the article is to study the new development and its results for International relations literatures. So, the main question here is what change has happened in relation between emotion and rationality in International Relations. To answer the question, it is worth saying that emotion-rationality link in International Relations has shifted from contradiction to unification which is called ‘emotional turn’. The hypothesis is studied by meta-analysis method. Findings show that emotions have been paid attention increasingly.

The fResearchers involved in foreign policy analysis have expressed their duty to improve foreign policy decision-making. In order to help improve foreign policy decision-making, the authors attempted to pathologize the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Republic of Tajikistan. Swot and Pestel's analysis of the issue shows that Iran's foreign policy has been influenced by domestic weaknesses and environmental opportunities and challenges, and during the period that has elapsed between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Tajik Republic, Iran's foreign policy The country has been most affected by Tajik internal weaknesses and threats to the external environment. It has been important to ask why Iran's foreign policy strategies in the Republic of Tajikistan have not been successful and dynamic. To address the research question, the hypothesis is as follows: The Islamic Republic of Iran's foreign policy strategy in Tajikistan, irrespective of long-term and future research goals, influenced by domestic weaknesses and challenges It has been a failed and passive environment. The theoretical framework of the research was a conceptual design using two strategic management models (Swot and Pestel) and a futuristic approach (scenario-building), qualitative and explanatory research and data collection using library-documentary and internet tools.

US-Indian relations during the Cold War were cold due to competition between the Eastern and Western blocs and India's non-aligned policy. The collapse of the Soviet Union was a turning point in relations between the two countries, forcing India to make serious changes and paving the way for closer ties between the two countries. On the other hand, given the economic situation in the United States and the effectiveness of Donald Trump and his economic satire, he saw the United States as trying to find new markets and strengthen cooperation with emerging powers such as India. Has been. Discussions that consider India to be subject to the United States argue that India's policy toward Iran is a function of Iran-US relations. But others argue that India has an independent foreign policy toward Iran. This article examines the relationship between India and the United States and its impact on India-Iran relations in the Middle East, and explains the real position of Iran in India-US relations. The result is that given India's national interests and its approach to protecting its national interests, as well as Iran's economic, security and strategic advantages, Iran's economic and political interests in India's foreign policy have been stabilized. The main question of the research is how does the relations between India and the United States affect Iran's economic and political interests in the Middle East? The study found that despite changes in India's foreign policy approach, the Islamic Republic still holds a significant positi

Cooperation and conflict of interest are features of the behavior of governments in international politics, and the international self-help environment has led governments to seek effective tools of war and military advantages to defend their totality and existence. This struggle for survival and self-preservation in an insecure international environment has led to a shift in warfare technology and military weapons. So that the types of chemical, microbial and nuclear weapons known as weapons of mass destruction have been invented by the great powers and the advanced industrial governments and have been distributed and propagated among other actors. This shift in the tools of war has resulted in significant environmental and economic costs. In other words, along with the progress and development of societies developed in the modern era, various types of military weapons have been added, which has caused various costs and damages. This article examines the rules for the prohibition of the use of weapons of mass destruction and its challenges with respect to neo-realist theories, as well as the norms, rules and values that affect the prohibition of the use of weapons of mass destruction in international conflicts. This article attempts to study the role of Individual and International variables in the realization of the goals of the foreign policy of the Rouhani government for Iran's economic development. The main question is how influential variables play a role in realizing the goals of the Iranian government's political policy for Iran's economic development? The answer to this question is based on the hypothesis that Iran's foreign policy in the first government of Rouhani's government has been influenced by the "individual variable" to the country's economic development, but in the second period of Rouhani, influenced by the "international variable" and the changing circumstances, have different effects on Economic development. The result of the research shows that during the first period of the clerical state, which had an internal consensus to support the negotiation process and international conditions, and Iran reached a nuclear deal with the West, foreign policy had a positive effect on economic development, but in the second period And with the arrival of Tramp, the change in the international environment (the withdrawal from the US) and the resulting gap in the internal consensus, the positive effects of foreign policy on economic development were reduced over time. This paper collects data in a Library style.

Over the past few decades, the world has undergone a wide range of social, economic, and political changes. Many experts believe that due to the changes that have taken place in various areas of human life, adopting a vision commensurate with these developments is necessary for any kind. The ruling elite movement in Iran in recent decades is no exception to this rule, and this movement, which includes ordinary and informal individuals and families without institutional power, seeks to improve livelihoods. The poor are more likely to enjoy more cohesive social and cultural relations, as do other Third World countries, as they live in low-income or non-privileged Third World areas, especially in large cities, and struggle with shared pain, including unemployment and poverty. This common pain has created a kind of unity for mass mobilization, and all these movements took the form of protests to improve their livelihood a few years before the revolution, especially since 1340. In this article, an attempt is made to form social contexts. The empty-handed movement should be examined and analyzed by examining the protests of the last 5 decades from (1348 to 1398).

The testing of the theories presented about the causes of the formation of revolutions is one of the important and relevant issues in the field of research on political sociology. One of the theories about the phenomenon of revolution is the theory of the revolutionary transformation of Chalmers Johnson. The question is that how much Johnson's theory is compatible with the revolutions that took place in the world and to what extent this theory is capable of explaining the causes of the occurrence of these revolutions. In this study, three Iranian, Egyptian and Libyan revolutions in the Islamic world has been investigated. The present paper seeks to test Johnson's theory of revolutionary transformations in the three countries. According to this study, it can be concluded that from the three factors mentioned by Johnson, two factors, including inequality and accelerating factors, are partially applicable to these revolutions, But the elites rigidity factor, with the exception of the Libyan revolution, is not compatible with the other two revolutions, and therefore Johnson's theory does not have the power to explain these revolutions.

The purpose of this study is to explain the geopolitics of the KRG and the challenges it faced after the formation of Iraq after the First World War until today. The geopolitics imposed by the supra-regional powers in Iraq for more than half a century has led to violent ethnic and religious resistance. First of all, Iraq is a creature of trans-regional geopolitical policy. The non-participation of Kurds and Shiite Arabs in Iraq has manifested itself in the form of violent and armed struggles throughout Iraqi history. The insistence on continuing Kurdish anti-geopolitical resistance in Iraq following the defeat of Saddam's forces in the 1991 US-led Allied invasion during Operation Desert Storm has led to a kind of opening of closed geopolitical borders. The Kurds have been able to exercise a minimum of their ethnic and human rights since UN Security Council Resolution 688 was adopted on April 5, 1991, in the shadow of the no-fly zone. The referendum on the independence of Iraqi Kurdistan by the semi-independent government of the region in September 1996 reflects the geopolitical complexities of the region and the world, and the distance between the Kurds and the realization of the Kurdish state. This complexity is due to the geographical realities on the one hand and the disparity of the demands and interests of the influential and influential countries on the independence of Kurdistan.

One of the conditions of the petition is to determine the demand and its price, which is one of the demands of the plaintiff. By filing a lawsuit, the plaintiff intends to pursue a goal that he or she intends to pursue. The asking price must also be determined so that the amount of court costs that the plaintiff must pay must be determined and the possibility of appealing the verdict that will be issued is known from the beginning. By determining the request, the court is obliged to pay attention to all the mentioned requests and decide on it in the negative or in the affirmative. Also, the determination of the request, the scope of the court, in terms of the matters that can be ruled, as well as the amount of the convicted person and the court is prohibited from entering into matters outside the scope the request or more. rules governing the determination of demand have different examples; One of these rules is that the claims set out in the petition must be fully related to each other and the court can hear them in one trial, otherwise the court will separate the claims and consider each one separately if it has jurisdiction. Slowly Also, the court cannot and should not issue a ruling on disputes without determining the will. Also, the petition should not be vague in the petition, which in case of ambiguity, the court should clarify it by obtaining an explanation from the petitioner.

This article, through the analytical-historical method, examines the interaction between mysticism and politics between the two revolutions of constitutionalism and the Islamic revolution, emphasizing the thoughts of the founder of the Islamic Republic (RA). During the constitutional revolution - unlike the past - Sufism enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere to some extent, but due to the arrival modernity in Iran, the intellectuals affiliated with the modernity trend, despite the active role of some lines of Sufism and mysticism during the constitutional revolution, From the epistemological angles, the production and division of social work were severely criticized by Sufism. With the new formation of the political procedure of the Shiite clerical institution in the 40s of Imam Khomeini's presence in the political scene, mysticism took on a different nature. From the point of view of Imam Khomeini (RA) and also from the point of view of Islamic scholars, a mystic should comment on political and government issues and what is happening in the society and gain knowledge and insight. A politician should also look at the mystical and moral issues of Islam and gain the necessary knowledge and insight and to significant extent walk the path self-improvement and the path to God in order make himself a comprehensive personality. Based on this research, the relationship between mysticism and politics in Imam Khomeini's thought is such that politics in Imam's mystical view are one reality or another.

The dark age period which was from the time of Gouders I to Farhad III, according to the sources, the Ashkanians are ethnically related to the Dāhe tribe, one of the Koch tribes in the Mewra Elanhar region and the southern plains of Sabiri. As a result of the pressure of the yellow-skinned peoples on other peoples of the region, the peoples of the region turned to the west. They migrated to India. Among these tribes are the Dāhe tribe. The Dāhe tribes got mixed with the yellow-skinned tribes of the region as a result of migration. This tribe is one of the Sakāī white-skinned tribes, who were influenced by their customs and beliefs due to the encounter with the migrating yellow-skinned tribes of the region. The science and symbology of this research indicates the conscious use of Greek symbols by the Ashkans, changing these symbols in the direction of establishing local traditions and using these symbols in the legitimacy of the Ashkan government. Let's look at their typology. The purpose of coin typology is with the mint and the marks of the mints and cities.
