NATO in 1994 by the Mediterranean Dialogue and in 2004, through its Istanbul Cooperation Initiative Program, consolidated its presence in the region. Accordingly, NATO has many reasons for its presence in the region, including the security of energy, the fight against terrorism, the association with the Israel and ultimately the encirclement of Iran. In this research, we are trying to find out the goals and reasons for increasing the presence of NATO in the Persian Gulf since 2011, in the light of US decentralization policy and rotation to the East, based on a descriptive-analytical method in the form of Realism theory of analysis and evaluation. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the main question is what goals can be analyzed and evaluated of the presence of NATO in the Persian Gulf is due to the decentralization policy of the Middle East? This study shows that increase of the presence of NATO in the Gulf region in the light of US decentralization policies in the Middle East can explained by pursuit of common goals for the United States and NATO, such as the continuation of the US presidential presence, the transfer of responsibility to international allies NATO's engagement in global security, energy security, and maintaining special relations with regional alliances.}, keywords = {NATO,Persian Gulf,Middle East,U.S,Decentralization Policy}, title_fa = {بررسی حضور ناتو در خلیج فارس در پرتو سیاست تمرکز زدایی آمریکا از خاورمیانه}, abstract_fa = {پس از پایان جنگ سرد و تحول کارکردی و مأموریتی ناتو، این سازمان بین‌المللی، در اقصی نقاط دنیا ازجمله خاورمیانه و خلیج‌فارس حضور پیدا نمود. ناتو در سال ۱۹۹۴ به‌وسیله برنامه گفت‌وگوی مدیترانه و در سال ۲۰۰۴ به‌وسیله برنامه ابتکار همکاری استانبول حضور خود را در منطقه تحکیم نمود. بر این اساس ناتو دارای علل و انگیزه‌های فراوانی برای حضور در منطقه است که ازجمله آن‌ها می‌توان به تأمین امنیت انرژی دنیای غرب، مبارزه با تروریسم، ارتباط با رژیم صهیونیستی و در نهایت محصور نمودن ایران اشاره نمود. در این پژوهش تلاش می‌شود تا اهداف و دلایلی که موجب افزایش حضور ناتو در خلیج‌فارس از سال ۲۰۱۱ میلادی و در پرتو سیاست تمرکززدایی آمریکا و چرخش به شرق گردیده است، بر اساس روش توصیفی تحلیلی در قالب نظریه واقع‌گرایی تحلیل و ارزیابی شود. در راستای تحقق هدف پژوهش این سؤال مطرح می‌شود که حضور ناتو در خلیج‌فارس به دنبال سیاست تمرکززدایی از خاورمیانه بر مبنای چه اهدافی قابل‌تحلیل و ارزیابی می-باشد؟، در پاسخ به این سؤال باید گفت که افزایش حضور ناتو در منطقه خلیج‌فارس در پرتو سیاست تمرکززدایی آمریکا از خاورمیانه در راستای تحقق اهداف مشترک آمریکا و ناتو نظیر استمرار حضور نیابتی آمریکا، احاله مسئولیت به متحدین بین‌المللی، مشارکت ناتو در تأمین امنیت جهانی، تضمین امنیت انرژی و حمایت از متحدین منطقه‌ای و قابل تحلیل و ارزیابی می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {ناتو,خلیج‌فارس,خاورمیانه,آمریکا,سیاست تمرکززدایی}, url = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_118877.html}, eprint = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_118877_0aad672feac54ef23bac7d267f0e3ba9.pdf} }
