This important goal cannot be achieved unless all capacities, including "economic diplomacy" in foreign policy, are fully utilized. The Eleventh Government, and in particular the Twelfth Government, has declared its foreign policy economically driven and, in line with the goals of its upstream documents, its primary objective is to assist national development and prosperity through constructive and effective engagement in international relations. As the Eleventh State took a major step forward in resolving the nuclear dispute as the most important obstacle. But with a pathological look at the performance of the eleventh government, the need for efficient foreign policy organization and effective economic diplomacy strategies to achieve the macro-systemic goals as well as moderation-oriented government programs, when the twelfth government began with the year of a resilient economy, production and employment, more than doubled. Feels ahead. Using the documentary and library method, the authors, while outlining the subject and expressing the features of a development-oriented foreign policy, address the most significant obstacles and shortcomings to "economic diplomacy" in the clerical state (Eleventh and Twelfth Governments) and their suggestions and solutions. To fix them.}, keywords = {economic diplomacy,Constructive and Effective Interaction,Developmental Foreign Policy,Iran's 20-Year Vision Document}, title_fa = {بررسی راهبردی دیپلماسی اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مطالعه موردی: دولت یازدهم و دوازدهم}, abstract_fa = {براساس اسناد بالادستی به‌ویژه چشم‌اندار بیست ساله تا 1404، جمهوری اسلامی ایران به صورت یک کشور توسعه‌یافته با جایگاه اول اقتصادی، علمی و فناوری در سطح منطقه و دارای تعامل فعال و سازنده با اقتصاد جهانی در نظر گرفته شده است. این هدف مهم محقق نمی‌‌شود مگر از همه ظرفیت‌ها از جمله «دیپلماسی اقتصادی» در سیاست خارجی به‌طور کامل و مفید استفاده شود. دولت یازدهم و به‌ویژه  دولت دوازدهم، سیاست خارجی خود را اقتصادمحور و مطابق اهداف اسناد بالادستی، هدف اصلی آن را کمک به توسعه و رفاه ملی از طریق تعامل سازنده و مؤثر در روابط بین‌الملل عنوان کرده است. هم‌چنان‌که دولت یازدهم با حل مناقشه هسته‌ای به‌عنوان مهمترین مانع، گام بلندی را در این راه برداشت. اما با نگاهی آسیب‌شناسانه به عملکرد دولت یازدهم، ضرورت ساماندهی سیاست‌ خارجی کارآمد و به‌کارگیری راهبردهای موثر دیپلماسی اقتصادی برای تحقق اهداف کلان نظام و همچنین برنامه‌های دولت اعتدال‌گرا در شرایطی که دولت دوازدهم همزمان با سال اقتصاد مقاومتی، تولید  واشتغال آغاز به کار کرده، بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود. از همین رو، نویسندگان با استفاده از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای، ضمن تشریح موضوع و بیان ویژگی‌های یک سیاست خارجی توسعه‌گرا، به مهم‌ترین موانع و نواقص پیش روی «دیپلماسی اقتصادی» در دولت‌ روحانی( دولت‌های یازدهم و دوازدهم) پرداخته و پیشنهادات و راهکارهای خود را جهت رفع آن‌ها بیان کرده‌اند.}, keywords_fa = {دیپلماسی اقتصادی,تعامل سازنده و مؤثر,سیاست خارجی توسعه گرا,سند چشم انداز بیست ساله ایران}, url = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_53757.html}, eprint = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_53757_411c5aa807d9d446ab3c5cd41fa17b3c.pdf} }
