تأثیر بحران‌های اقتصادی بر واگرایی در اتحادیه اروپا

چکیده
بحران های اقتصادی اغلب به مثابه کاتالیزر و تسریع کننده عمل می کنند. روند توسعه فاشیسم، جنگها، واگراییها و همگراییها در پرتو بحران اقتصادی شتاب می گیرند. امروزه اروپا درگیر یک بحران عظیم پولی و مالی است که دارد فرایند واگرایی را که از قبل وجود داشت شتاب می بخشد.شکاف بین فقیر وغنی، بین کوچک و بزرگ، بین وام دهنده و وام گیرنده، بین شرق و غرب اروپا و بین اروپاگرایان و طرفداران آمریکا یا روسیه از قبل وجود داشت و آنچه این بحران انجام داد تسریع و تشدید آنها بود. اینک نهادهای اروپایی به بی کفایتی متهم شده اند و آینده یورو در ابهام فرو رفته است و اروپا چاره ای جز این ندارد که از اهداف دور و دراز خود چشم پوشیده و توصیه دوگل را مبنی بر حفظ محوریت دولتها و پرهیز از گرایش به ایالات متحده اروپا چشم پوشی کند.

چکیده [English]
The economic crises usually work as the catalyst and accelerator. The trend of development of fascism, wars, integrations and disintegrations gain momentum in the light of economic crises. Today, Europe is involved in a huge financial and economic crisis which is accelerating the process of disintegration that has already existed. The gap between poor and rich, great and small, lender and borrower, East and West of Europe and Europeanists and Pro-Americans or Russians has already existed and what this crisis did was speeding and intensifying them. At present, The European institutions are accused of ineffectiveness and the future of Euro is unclear and Europe has no way but to overlook its long-term goals and forget about the advice of Dogol based on maintenance of centrality of the governments and avoidance of inclination towards a United States of Europe.
