The geopolitics imposed by the supra-regional powers in Iraq for more than half a century has led to violent ethnic and religious resistance. First of all, Iraq is a creature of trans-regional geopolitical policy. The non-participation of Kurds and Shiite Arabs in Iraq has manifested itself in the form of violent and armed struggles throughout Iraqi history. The insistence on continuing Kurdish anti-geopolitical resistance in Iraq following the defeat of Saddam's forces in the 1991 US-led Allied invasion during Operation Desert Storm has led to a kind of opening of closed geopolitical borders. The Kurds have been able to exercise a minimum of their ethnic and human rights since UN Security Council Resolution 688 was adopted on April 5, 1991, in the shadow of the no-fly zone. The referendum on the independence of Iraqi Kurdistan by the semi-independent government of the region in September 1996 reflects the geopolitical complexities of the region and the world, and the distance between the Kurds and the realization of the Kurdish state. This complexity is due to the geographical realities on the one hand and the disparity of the demands and interests of the influential and influential countries on the independence of Kurdistan.}, keywords = {Geopolitics,Foreign Policy,Iraq,Kurds,Iraq's Kordistan state}, title_fa = {چالش های ژئوپولیتیکی دولت اقلیم کردستان عراق}, abstract_fa = {هدف از انجام این مطالعه تبیین ژئوپلیتیک دولت اقلیم کردستان و چالش های رو به رو با آن بعد از تشکیل کشور عراق پس از جنگ جهانی اول تا به امروز می باشد. ژئوپلیتیک تحمیلی قدرتهای فرامنطقه ای در عراق بیش از نیم قرن است که مقاومت خشونت آمیز قومی و مذهبی را رقم زده است. کشور عراق قبل از هر چیز مخلوق سیاست ژئوپلیتیکی فرا منطقه ای است. مشارکت ندادن کردها و اعراب شیعه در عراق به صورت مبارزات خشونت آمیز و مسلحانه در سرتاسر تاریخ عراق نمود پیدا کرده است. به نظر می رسد که اصرار بر تداوم مقاومت ضد ژئوپلیتیکی کردها در عراق در نتیجه شکست نیروهای صدام در سال ۱۹۹۱ در تهاجم متحدین به رهبری آمریکا در طی عملیات موسوم به "طوفان صحرا" نوعی گشودگی مرزهای مسدود ژئوپلیتیکی را به دنبال داشته است. کردها بعد از صدور قطعنامه ۶۸۸ شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد در تاریخ ۵ آوریل ۱۹۹۱ و در سایه منطقه پرواز ممنوع توانسته‌اند به حداقلی از حقوق قومی و انسانی خود دست بیایند. رفراندوم استقلال کردستان عراق توسط دولت نیمه‌مستقل این منطقه در مهرماه سال 96 نشان‌دهنده پیچیدگی‌های ژئوپلیتیک منطقه‌ای و جهانی و فاصله کردها با عملی شدن آرمان تشکیل کشور کردی است. این پیچیدگی ناشی از واقعیت‌های جغرافیای از یک سو و ناهم‌سویی خواسته‌ها و منافع کشورهای تأثیرگذار و تأثیرپذیر از استقلال کردستان است. در این نوشتار سعی شده است وضعیت پیچیده ژئوپلیتیک در ارتباط با شکل‌گیری کردستان مستقل در عراق چالش های رو به رو با آن مورد بررسی قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {ژئوپلیتیک,سیاست خارجی,عراق,کردها,اقلیم کردستان عراق}, url = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_113628.html}, eprint = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_113628_2be50b735997bad1e01bbd15aaed2c2e.pdf} }
