Although the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council countries except Iran have security concerns, such as fear of internal instability and popular uprisings, but they see Iran as the most serious external threat and this viewpoint has been intensified after the Arab world's revolutions. The perspectives of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council countries regarding Iran, in many cases, are the same and in some cases there are minor differences. These countries alone cannot paly a major security role. That is why the foreign security of these countries is determined in alliance with the great powers and regional countries and Saudi Arabia is the main axis of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council.After Iraq-Iran war, I. R. of Iran moved toward building and developing ballistic missile technology and nuclear program which caused Persian Gulf Cooperation Council countries feel an intensified threat. They have been jointly seeking to stop I. R. of Iran nuclear program. The politics of these countries have strongly been influenced by US regional policy particularly towards Iran.This paper attempts to analyze the attitudes of Persian Gulf Cooperation Council regarding Iran's nuclear program while examining the security concerns of these countries and the council’s strategies for balance of power and follow-up in the security system of the Persian Gulf region}, keywords = {Iran&rsquo,s Nuclear Program,Persian Gulf Cooperation Council,Balance of Power,Hegemonic Power,Containment}, title_fa = {تنگنای امنیتی؛ رفتارشناسی شورای همکاری خلیج فارس در قبال برنامه هسته‌ای ایران}, abstract_fa = {شورای همکاری خلیج فارس با هدف مقابله با آن‌چه خطر انقلاب اسلامی ‌نامیده می‌شد، تشکیل شد. اگرچه کشورهای شورای همکاری خلیج فارس غیر از ایران نگرانی‌های امنیتی دیگری مانند هراس از بی‌ثباتی‌های داخلی و خیزش‌های مردمی دارند، اما از نظر آنها ج. ا. ایران مهم‌ترین و جدی‌ترین تهدید خارجی به شمار می‌رود که این دیدگاه پس از انقلاب‌های عربی تشدید شده است. دیدگاه‌های کشورهای عضو شورای همکاری خلیج فارس در رابطه با ایران در بسیاری موارد مشابه است و در برخی موارد تفاوت جزئی با یکدیگر دارد. کشورهای شورای همکاری خلیج فارس به تنهایی قادر به نقش‌آفرینی عمده امنیتی نیستند. به همین دلیل امنیت خارجی این کشورها در ائتلاف با کشورهای منطقه و یا قدرت‌های بزرگ تعریف می‌شود و عربستان سعودی محور اصلی شورای همکاری خلیج فارس به شمار می‌رود. پس از پایان جنگ تحمیلی با حرکت ج. ا. ایران به سوی ساخت و گسترش فناوری موشک‌های بالستیک و گسترش برنامه هسته‌ای، احساس تهدید کشورهای عضو شورای همکاری خلیج فارس تشدید شد. آنها به طور مشترک در پی متوقف کردن برنامه هسته‏ای ج. ا. ایران بوده‏اند. همچنین سیاست این کشورها در مقابل ایران به شدت تحت تاثیر سیاست‌های امریکا در منطقه و به‌ ویژه در قبال ج. ا. ایران بوده است. این مقاله درصدد است ضمن بررسی نگرانی‌های امنیتی شورای همکاری خلیج فارس و راهبردهای این شورا برای موازنه قوا و دنباله‌روی در سامانه امنیتی خلیج فارس، رفتارشناسی شورای همکاری خلیج فارس در قبال برنامه هسته‌ای ایران را مورد تحلیل و واکاوی قرار دهد.}, keywords_fa = {برنامه هسته‌ای ایران,شورای همکاری خلیج فارس,موازنه قوا,دنباله‌روی,قدرت هژمون,مهار}, url = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_41972.html}, eprint = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_41972_bda6809f6c619599270b1308ab796ffe.pdf} }
