In this space, cities gain sufficient credibility to carry out diplomatic activities by promoting economic, political, security and cultural standing. Following the evolution of the international system and the various divisions that have been raised in diplomacy, we can point to a paradigmatic approach that nowadays emphasizes a new range of international actors, including state and provincial officials and officials, in line with central government goals for independence. they do. Therefore, some border towns, which share a market with other countries, are new components of the international system. Therefore, this article seeks to answer the question of whether paradigmatic approaches can be effective in expanding the relations and disputes of countries. The hypothesis raised in response to this question is that paradigm as an effective approach that emphasizes new actors in the international arena, especially in border towns, can play a significant role in resolving regional conflicts, expanding regional and even trans-regional and international interactions. . As a result, using this approach in West Azerbaijan as a case study, it is emphasized that the paradigmatic field needs to be further invested in academia and practice. This paper is based on the explanation of the paradigmatic approach and the descriptive-analytical method using library and internet resources.}, keywords = {Paradigmatic,Frontier City,New Actors,Conflict Resolution,West Azerbaijan}, title_fa = {پارادیپلماسی و کاربرد آن در شهرهای مرزی؛ مطالعه موردی آذربایجان غربی}, abstract_fa = {در عصر کنونی که به دلیل فشردگی زمان و مکان در اثر افزایش ارتباطات و اطلاعات در دهکدهجهانی شاهد افزایش تعامل میان ملتها و دولتها و سایر بازیگران روابط بینالملل هستیم، شهرها و کلان شهرها به ویژه شهرهای مرزی از نقش عمدهای در حل و فصل منازعات بینالمللی برخوردارند.در این فضا، شهرها با ارتقاء جایگاه اقتصادی،سیاسی،امنیتی و فرهنگی ازتوان و اعتبار کافی برای اجرای فعالیتهای دیپلماتیک برخوردار میشوند. به دنبال تحولات نظام بینالملل و تقسیم بندیهای گوناگونی که از دیپلماسی مطرح شده است، میتوان به رهیافت پارادیپلماسی اشاره نمود که امروزه بر طیف جدیدی از بازیگران بینالمللی شامل مقامات و مسئولین ایالتی و استانی تاکید دارد که در عین استقلال، در راستای اهداف دولت مرکزی عمل میکنند. از این رو برخی از شهرهای مرزی هم مرز و دارای بازار مشترک با کشورهای دیگر،از مولفههای جدید در نظام بینالملل محسوب میشوند.  بنابراین این مقاله در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که آیا رهیافت پارادیپلماسی در گسترش روابط و حلوفصل مناقشات کشورها میتواند موثر واقع شود؟ فرضیهای که در پاسخ به این سوال مطرح میشود این است که پارادیپلماسی به عنوان رهیافتی موثر که تاکید بر بازیگران جدید در عرصة بینالمللی خصوصا در قالب شهرهای مرزی دارد، میتواند نقش بسزایی در حلوفصل منازعات منطقهای، گسترش تعاملات منطقهای و حتی فرامنطقهای و بینالمللی داشته باشد. در نتیجه با کاربرد این رهیافت در آذربایجان غربی بعنوان مطالعه موردی، براین نکته تاکید میشود که مقولة پارادیپلماسی نیازمند اهتمام بیشتر در حوزه آکادمی و اجرایی میباشد. این مقاله براساس تبیین رهیافت پارادیپلماسی و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با استفاده از منابع کتابخانهای و اینترنتی انجام میشود.}, keywords_fa = {پارادیپلماسی,شهرمرزی,بازیگران جدید,حل و فصل منازعات,آذربایجان غربی}, url = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_45844.html}, eprint = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_45844_5e65ad2d9a06ba58d22b5dab5f3f7d52.pdf} }
