Theorizing in international relations has consolidated its position by defining boundaries within the social sciences, distinguishing between what is happening inside the state and what is happening outside the international system. But in terms of spatial territory, there have been demands for the development of the boundaries of this knowledge and the research methods in this field, which have failed to achieve a significant position. In order to explain this and to answer the question why the knowledge of non-Western international relations is absent in this field? This article first presents a set of arguments for the absence of non-Western theories, exploring features such as the cultural, social, and structural variables of non-Western countries that differentiate the view of international relations. Then, by presenting non-Western readings of some key concepts such as war and conflict, government, sovereignty, and nationalism, it is argued that the search for a more appropriate conceptual tool for understanding world affairs entails the exclusion of other readings from international relations approaches. A new conceptual tool that has evolved to require distinct thinking about theories of international relations in decentralized contexts.}, keywords = {Theories of International Relations,Developing countries,Critical Perspectives}, title_fa = {تأملاتی غیرغربی بر نظریه‌های روابط بین‌الملل}, abstract_fa = {در طول سال‌های اخیر، مطالعات روابط بین‌الملل شاهد تلاش‌های فکری گسترده اما پراکنده‌ای درباره وضعیت نظریه‌پردازی در این رشته بوده است. نظریه‌پردازی در روابط بین‌الملل جایگاه خود را با تعیین مرزها در داخل علوم اجتماعی، تمایز بین آنچه در داخل دولت اتفاق می‌افتد و آنچه در خارج از آن در نظام بین‌الملل رخ می‌دهد، تثبیت کرده است. اما به لحاظ قلمرو مکانی، تقاضاهایی برای توسعه مرزهای این دانش و روش‌های دانش‌پژوهشی در این حوزه مطرح شده‌اند، که نتوانسته‌اند به جایگاهی قابل توجه دست پیدا کنند. در راستای تبیین این موضوع و پاسخ به این سوال که چرا دانش روابط بین‌الملل غیرغربی در این حوزه غایب است؟ در این مقاله نخست مجموعه‌ای از استدلال‌ها مبنی بر غیبت نظریه‌های غیرغربی ارائه شده‌اند؛ به گونه‌ای که ویژگی‌هایی از جمله متغیرهای فرهنگی، اجتماعی و ساختاری کشورهای غیرغربی که نگاه به روابط بین‌الملل را متفاوت می‌سازند، بررسی می‌شوند. سپس، با ارائه خوانش‌های غیرغربی از برخی مفاهیم کلیدی از قبیل جنگ و منازعه، دولت، حاکمیت و ملی‌گرایی استدلال می‌شود که جستجوی ابزار مفهومی مناسب‌تر جهت فهم امور جهانی، مستلزم مشمولیت خوانش‌های دیگر از رویکردهای روابط بین‌الملل است. ابزار مفهومی جدیدی که در راستای نیاز به تفکری متمایز درباره نظریه‌های روابط بین‌الملل در بافت‌های غیرمرکزی رشد کرده باشد.}, keywords_fa = {نظریه‌های روابط بین‌المل,کشورهای در حال توسعه,دیدگاه انتقادی,جنگ و مناز عه,دولت,حاکمیت,ناسیونالیسم}, url = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_45850.html}, eprint = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_45850_ad225a2ff6fa33d7c816d6fbd58fdbcb.pdf} }
