Any attempt to develop a deep belief in the human rights concepts of children can be effective in creating and sustaining a peaceful world, and for the creation and institutionalization of a human rights culture and the promotion and respect of these rights, the elementary period is particularly important. Education Citizenship Laws, Non-Discrimination and Degrading Behaviors, Non-Violence and Bullying, Peace Education, Civic Skills, Coping with Injustice, Immigrant Issues, Tolerance and Tolerance for Children, Friendship Against Poverty and Exclusion, Social Justice, Multicultural Understanding And peacefully resolving disputes, action plans and defending the rights of persons with disabilities and child rights education can be among the educational items in elementary education programs. The purpose of this study was to design modules of human rights education in the second elementary school in Iran. The research method was descriptive-analytical and in accordance with Brady research method. Based on this method, first the required information on the concepts and components of human rights in the second grade is collected, categorized and interpreted and finally the similarities and differences are studied and then the modules of the Human Rights Module for the students are analyzed.
