Vietnam's Communist leaders, who had, until decades before, eroded any US imperialist influence on their flags and set the pattern for the struggle against America; gradually toward the end of the 1980s and early 1990s, normalizing their relations with the United States and working with the institutions. And international regimes have stepped up. This shift in foreign policy has dramatically restored Vietnam's relations with the international community, and in particular with the United States. The main question in this article is why Vietnam changed its policies towards the United States. To answer this question, the authors have validated the hypothesis that the revolutionary government of Vietnam, affected by the perceptions of the leaders of the first generation of the revolution, faced widespread economic, political, and international crises, which paved the way for the new leaders to come to terms with the world. And different perceptions, one of the major consequences of which was the change in foreign policy and the normalization of US policy.}, keywords = {America,Vietnam,Normalization,Psychological Environment,Change of Leaders}, title_fa = {ادراک رهبران و عادی سازی سیاست ویتنام در قبال آمریکا}, abstract_fa = {یکی از مهمترین منازعات پایدار روابط بین‌الملل، رابطه تنش آمیز میان آمریکا و ویتنام بوده است. رهبران کمونیست ویتنام که تا چند دهه پیش، محو هرگونه نفوذ امپریالیستی آمریکا را بر روی پرچمهای خود نوشته بودند و الگوی مبارزه علیه آمریکا بشمار می‌رفتند؛ به‌تدریج در اواخر دهة 1980 و اوایل دهة 1990، به سمت عادی‌سازی مناسبات خود با آمریکا و همکاری با نهادها و رژیمهای بینالمللی گام برداشتند. این تغییر جهتگیری در سیاست خارجی باعث شد تا ویتنام روابط خود را با جامعه بین‌المللی و به ویژه با آمریکا به طور چشمگیری احیا نماید. سوال اصلی مقاله حاضر این است که چرا ویتنام سیاست های خود را در قبال آمریکا تغییر داد. برای پاسخ به این پرسش، نگارندگان این فرضیه را مورد راستی آزمایی و تأیید قرار دادهاند که دولت انقلابی ویتنام متأثر از ادراکات رهبران نسل اول انقلاب، با بحران‌های فراگیر اقتصادی، سیاسی و بین‌المللی مواجه شدند؛ این بحران‌ها زمینه‌ساز به قدرت رسیدن رهبران جدید با جهان‌بینی و ادراکات متفاوت شد که یکی از پیامدهای مهم آن، تحول در سیاست خارجی و عادی‌سازی سیاست‌ها در قبال آمریکا بود}, keywords_fa = {آمریکا,ویتنام,عادی سازی,محیط روانی,تغییر رهبران}, url = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_88078.html}, eprint = {https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_88078_a06bacc34f5c37251ae39261e893b393.pdf} }
