It is clear that the US regional presence has not led to comprehensive security in the region, and relations between the countries are tense and unstable today. Given the negative attitude of some countries in the region, including Iran, to this presence and the possibility of the withdrawal of American troops from the region, the important question arises that with the withdrawal of US forces, what will be the possibility of a realistic order and security? The present study, with a descriptive-analytical approach and using the theory of Secure Community tests the hypothesis that the formation of regional order due to the withdrawal of American forces in its best form can be a tightly – coupled and nascent Secure Community. منطقه غرب آسیا و خاورمیانه برای دهه‌ها شاهد حضور نیروهای آمریکایی به عنوان بازیگر عمده و تاثیرگذار است و نظم این منطقه بر اساس حضور و نفوذ آن شکل گرفته است. آنچه مسلم است حضور منطقه‌ای ایالات متحده موجبات امنیت فراگیر در منطقه نشده است و روابط میان کشورها امروزه پر تنش و ناپایدار است. باتوجه به روند تحولات و رویکرد منفی برخی کشورهای منطقه از جمله ایران به این حضور و احتمال خروج نیروهای آمریکایی از منطقه‌این سؤال اساسی پیش می‌آید که با خروج نیروهای ایالات متحده، امکان شکل گیری نظم و امنیت واقعگرایانه مطلوب به چه شکل خواهد بود؟ پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از نظریه جامعه امن، این فرضیه را به آزمون می‌گذارد که شکل گیری نظم منطقه‌ای با توجه به خروج نیروهای آمریکایی در بهترین شکل آن می‌تواند به صورت جامعه امن نوظهور و سست پیوند باشد. در این مقاله ابتدا به نظریه جامعه امن پرداخته شده و پس از بیان پیشینه حضور نیروهای آمریکایی در منطقه، به بیان فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های تشکیل جامعه امن خواهیم پرداخت. https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_125446_d4bc43cbe37478cc81843b39da410016.pdf
