Journal Article 2021 12 19 <span class="HwtZe" lang="en"><span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">In the modern era, new actors have emerged in various subject areas, among these actors are modern companies and among them holdings.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">This article deals with the rules of the institutional environment of activity and the structure of holdings in the French political economy.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">There is a long interdisciplinary debate about the government and the market as two fields of politics and wealth.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">In different societies, due to the differences in these fields as well as the different policies of the governments, the legal and institutional environment of the activities of all kinds of companies is different, based on this, this article explains the effects and consequences of the French institutional ecosystem, which itself is affected by national policies.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">And international interactions and technological and economic platforms are discussed on the structure and organization of holdings.</span></span> <span class="jCAhz ChMk0b"><span class="ryNqvb">The research method in this article is explanatory, and the method of collecting data and information is library and documentary.</span></span></span> در عصر مدرن کنشگران جدیدی در قلمروهای موضوعی گوناگون پدیدار شده است، از جمله این کنشگران شرکت های مدرن و در این میان هولدینگ ها هستند. این مقاله به قواعد محیط نهادی فعالیت و ساختار هولدینگ ها در اقتصاد سیاسی فرانسه پرداخته است. مناظره ای طولانی میان رشته ای درباره دولت و بازار به عنوان دو عرصه سیاست و ثروت در جریان است، هولدینگ ها به عنوان کنش گرانی نوظهور مربوط به عصر مدرن در بستر تحولات در قواعد حقوقی، سیاسی اقتصادی و فناوری تکوین یافته و رشد کرده اند، در جوامع مختلف باتوجه به تفاوت در این زمینه ها و نیز سیاست گذاری های متفاوت دولت ها، محیط حقوقی و نهادی فعالیت انواع شرکت ها متمایز است، بر این اساس این مقاله به تبیین تاثیرات و پیامدهای اکوسیستم نهادی فرانسه که خود متاثر از سیاست های ملی و تعاملات بین المللی و بسترهای فناوری و اقتصادی است بر ساختار و سامان یافتگی هولدینگ ها پرداخته شده است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله به شیوه تبیینی است و روش گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات نیز به شیوه کتابخانه ای و اسنادی است. https://www.iisajournals.ir/article_181179_5196c155dd0b1d57c765d7d1d4454d0e.pdf
