Each of these factors have different dimensions and are at different levels. However, in the Gulf region, the most important factor that constitutes the region's mental structure is "competition" and, as an outlier, overshadows other instability factors. The main research question is, what are the causes of instability and instability in the Gulf region and is there a factor that can overshadow other factors and be a major factor in regional instability? The hypothesis of the paper in response to the research question is that there are several factors in the region that have caused instability in the region. However, the most important factor that has the potential to stabilize or destabilize the Gulf region is the "geopolitical system" of the region and each of them. Regional political systems are striving to achieve a high place in this geopolitical structure. Multiple security systems stemming from geopolitical structure and bipartisan geopolitical order are the main political challenges in the region, while changing the geopolitical structure of the region results in regional security changes and regional governments' foreign policy approach, neutralizing and disrupting regional factors. Will provide the platform for security and political stability in the region. The article is descriptive-analytical and uses library tools such as books, articles, internet and interviews with professors and academic elites.
