It should be noted that in an international law system based on profit-oriented positivism and political realism, nothing can replace game theory. Legal diplomacy is the same necessity of applying international law and reasoning in the negotiation arena that has been the focus of Iranian nuclear negotiators. In legal diplomacy, negotiators should pursue their goals and interests by using lawsuits against their counterparts based on existing international law principles as well as principles that the claimant considers to be legal principles.
