Abstract
The issue of homegrown terrorism, one of the forms of terrorism in the world, has new dimensions and has now become one of the problems of governments, and especially by European governments, more than ever. The introduction and recognition of homegrown terrorists in Europe, the distinction between types of violence and extremism with terrorism, especially after the Syrian civil war of 2011, attention to the approaches and decisions of politicians and European governments towards this issue are the subject of this study.
