چکیده
پس از وقوع انقلاب‌های عربی یکی از مباحث مهم در مطالعات خاورمیانه، تحلیل موضوعی و تجربی این تحول شگرف از رهگذر نظریهها است. چگونه با رویکردی جدید ودر قالب نظریه پسااستعمارگرایی یا رویکرد سعیدی (ادوارد سعید) میتوان تحولات سال 2011 و 2012 جهان عرب را مطالعه کرد؟ درواقع با خیزشهای مردمی سالهای 2010 و2011 در جهان عرب و رخداد انقلاب‌های عربی، سیمای جدیدی از آرایش قدرت، حکومت و نیروهای اجتماعی و سیاسی در منطقه عربی ترسیم شده است. به تبع این مفصلبندی جدید، تأثیری مستقیم بر ارائه وشکل نوینی از نظم و امنیت منطقهای را در پی خواهد داشت؛ بنابراین این نوشتار نیز از همین زاویه تأثیر انقلاب‌های عربی را بر نظم‌های جدید منطقه خاورمیانه، به‌ویژه بر نظم امنیت انتقادی مطالعه میکند.

چکیده [English]
After the outbreak of the Arab revolutions is one of the important topics in studies of the Middle East, Thematic analysis of the dramatic transformation of the passer and theories. How the new approach and the post -colonialismtheory Saidism or approach (Edward said), can the Arab world developments for 2011 and 2102 study? In fact, with the rise of the popular, 2010 -2011 events of the revolutions in the Arab world, a new profile of the make-up of the Government and the power of socio-political forces, in the Arab region is presented. Consequently, the direct impact on a new articulation, offering a new regional order. Therefore this document from the angle of revolution, with the impact of Arabic on the new Middle East order, particularly the critical security order.
