تحلیل و بررسی مواضع انگلستان در قبال تحولات اخیر خاورمیانه مطالعه موردی: بحرین، سوریه و مصر

چکیده
منطقة غرب آسیا و شمال افریقا در طول تاریخ همواره شاهد حوادث و تحولات بزرگی بوده که صرف‌نظر از ریشه‌های آن، با مداخلة قدرت‌های بزرگ فرامنطقه‌ای همراه بوده است. مداخلاتی که در اغلب موارد منجر به تغییر مسیر آن تحولات و انحراف در جریان حوادث منطقه شده است. تحولاتی که از ابتدای سال 2011 تا کنون در کشورهای عربی قارة آسیا و شمال افریقا شاهد آن هستیم به‌خوبی گویای این امر است. نوشتار حاضر در صدد تحلیل و بررسی مواضع دولت انگلستان به‌عنوان یکی از قدرت‌های فرامنطقه‌ای مداخله‌گر و تأثیرگذار در قبال تحولات اخیر در این منطقه است. هدف مقاله، نشان دادن مواضع متناقض و متضاد این دولت اروپایی در جریان تحولات اخیر و مقایسة آنها با یکدیگر است؛ به سخن دیگر، در این مقاله تلاش می‌شود تا به این پرسش اساسی پاسخ داده شود که: «مواضع انگلستان در قبال تحولات اخیر در کشورهای اسلامی غرب آسیا و شمال افریقا بر مبنای چه اهداف و منافعی اتخاذ شده است؟» با توجه به این مسئله، پرسش فرعی دیگری مطرح می‌شود: «دولت انگلیس برای تأمین این منافع چه اقداماتی را پیش گرفته و با چه چالش‌هایی روبه‌رو است؟» برای پاسخ به این پرسش‌ها، سیاست‌ها و اقدامات انگلیس مبتنی بر سیاست‌های اعلامی و اعمالی این کشور در مواجه با تحولات کشورهای مصر، بحرین و سوریه به تفکیک تبیین و سپس تحلیل شده است

چکیده [English]
West Asia and North Africa regions have been the scene of important events throughout the history. Regardless of the roots and causes of these events, the countries of the region have always been subject to interventions by great power beyond the region. These interventions have changed the direction of those events and sometimes led to a total diversion of the events from their original goals. The recent developments in the Arab world know as Arab Springs or Islamic Awakening, are a good example of this phenomenon. This article is an attempt to examine the role of Great Britain in these events as one the most important players in the region, and to analyze the different and to some extent contradictory policies adopted by London in dealing with the developments in Bahrain, Syria, and Egypt. The article also tries to explain to answer these questions that British policies were based on which goals and interests, and what would be the challenges ahead
