زبان استعاره در گفتمان سیاست بین الملل

چکیده
زبان استعاره در همه حیطه های ارتباطاتی از جمله گفتمان سیاسی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. هردوره از تاریخ استعارات مختص به خود را داشته است. از آنجایی که زبان به طور گسترده ای دارای ساختار های متفاوت فرهنگی و اجتماعی است می تواند باعث سوء تفسیر یا مقاصد عامدانه دیگری در سیاست بین الملل قرار گیرد. استفاده از زبان استعاره در حیطه روابط بین الملل آن هم جایی که استفاده از زبان به شکل استعاره توسط سیاستمداران فورا به زبانهای دیگر برگردانده می شود می تواند به سوءتفاهمات و برداشتهای گوناگونی منجر شود که برخواسته از ساختارهای اجتماعی و فرهنگی ملل مختلف است.
در این مقاله به بررسی استعاره هایی می پردازیم که اغلب به طور عمومی در رهیافتهای روابط بین الملل مورد استفاده هستند و فایده آنها در ارتقای فهم بهتر این حوزه مورد بحث قرار خواهد گرفت. ضمنا در این راستا نمونه کاربردهای استفاده از زبان استعاره در گفتمان سیاست بین الملل معرفی شده و مورد بررسی قرار می گیرند.
این نوشتار ابتدا با ارایه مقدمه ای از استفاده از زبان استعاره در عرصه سیاست شروع می شود و سپس چند تحلیل از موارد نمونه ارایه می گردد.

Metaphors have been used throughout history to imagine and perform in discourses on international relations and politics. Each historical period has brought different conceptions of main political concepts, often based on natural imagery. Metaphors have different interpretations and translations; so can lead to misunderstandings, based on various political and social structures.
This paper is concerned primarily with how metaphors are used in theories of International Relations, and how their notions can make better understanding of international relations. A number of the metaphors that have been used to describe international relation are summarized and analyzed.
