Globalization has changed the scale of the organization of various human activities, unlike in the pre-modern era, with the acceleration of globalization, societies are no longer isolated in the fence of their borders, but providing the necessities of life has led to the expansion of the dimensions of people''s activities on a wider scale of the world. This basis, as the field and scope of actors'' activities and actions expands, mankind needs legal frameworks beyond the borders of national governments, in this article, in a descriptive and analytical way, the impact of globalization on the process of unification of rules and laws is investigated. It has been discussed beyond the national borders of the countries, and in this regard, the main question of this article is what effect does globalization have on the process of the national rights of the states? And in response to this hypothesis, globalization has caused the formation of the process of unification of legal rules in different legal fields in order to moderate the conflict of interests. Although globalization has historical roots, its acceleration and expansion is related to the 20th century, especially after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War era. which has become a force for the expansion of universal rules beyond national borders.
