چکیده
تکامل اقتصادی "دوی موی" که در سال 1986 آغاز شد ، پس از آزادسازی اقتصادی ، ویتنام حجم وسیعی از سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی را جذب کرد و به نرخ رشد اقتصادی فوق‌العاده‌ای در طول چند دهه ی اخیر دست یافت ویتنام اقتصاد سابق خود را به یک اقتصاد باز به سمت بازار جهانی تبدیل کرده است . هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تحولات اقتصادی با توجه به پارادایم شیفت سیاسی در ویتنام بوده است . و سعی در پاسخ به این سوال را داشته ایم که بین پارادایم شیفت سیاسی در ویتنام و عملکرد اقتصادی این دولت چه ارتباطی برقرار است؟ یافته ها نشانگر است که در کنار تحولات مثبت اقتصادی می توان گفت : تغییرات سیاسی ویتنام به طور قابل توجهی با نحوه مدیریت دولت تک حزبی ویتنام با چالش های ناشی از جامعه مدنی سیاسی تعیین می شود . پارادایم جامعه مدنی به دلیل مشغله انحصاری اش با به اصطلاح "سازمان های غیردولتی" و سازمان های جامعه محور به عنوان عوامل اصلی تغییر سیاسی تعریف می شود . اتخاذ محتاطانه و متوالی ویتنام از نهادهای بازار، بیش از دو دهه عملکرد اقتصادی چشمگیر را به ارمغان آورده ، در حالی که اقتصاد سیاسی و توسعه سیاسی زیربنایی این کشور تا حد زیادی دست نخورده باقی مانده است . ویتنام از یکپارچگی بیشتر با سیستم اقتصادی بین‌المللی ، از جمله از طریق صعود به سازمان تجارت جهانی از اوایل قرن 21 و انعقاد موجی از توافق‌نامه‌های تجارت آزاد ، به عنوان ابزاری برای تقویت تغییرات داخلی استفاده کرده است .

چکیده English

Since the economic reform known as "Doi Moi" began in 1986, Vietnam has attracted a significant amount of foreign investment and achieved extraordinary economic growth over the past few decades through economic liberalization. Vietnam has transformed its former centrally planned economy into an open market-oriented economy towards the global market. The aim of this research was to examine the economic developments in light of the political shift paradigm in Vietnam. In this study, we aimed to answer the question: What is the relationship between the political shift paradigm in Vietnam and the country's economic performance? The findings suggest that alongside positive economic transformations, it can be argued that political changes in Vietnam are significantly determined by the management of Vietnam's one-party government and the challenges arising from civil society. The civil society paradigm, due to its exclusive engagement with so-called "non-governmental organizations" and community-based organizations, is defined as the main agent of political change. Vietnam's cautious and gradual adoption of market institutions has yielded remarkable economic performance over the past few decades, while the country's political economy and political development have largely remained unaffected. Vietnam has utilized increased integration with the international economic system, including early 21st century membership in the World Trade Organization and the signing of various free trade agreements, as tools to facilitate internal changes.
