گسترش روابط اقتصادی چین و عراق در پرتو سیاست تنوع منابع انرژی پکن

چکیده
چین و عراق همکاری اقتصادی و تجاری نزدیکی دارند.چین بزرگترین شریک تجاری عراق و عراق سومین شریک تجاری بزرگ چین در میان کشورهای عربی است. کمک‌های چین، که بدون شرایط سیاسی ارائه شده است، توافق‌نامه‌ها و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های دوجانبه متعددی را تسهیل کرده است. در واقع، در چارچوب پیچیده سیاست جهانی، رابطه بین چین و عراق به طرز چشمگیری تغییر کرده و از روابط دیپلماتیک به یک روابط اقتصادی عمیق تبدیل شده است. در این راستا، با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، این پژوهش بدنبال پاسخ به این پرسش محوری است، نفت عراق چه تاثیری بر روابط اقتصادی چین و عراق داشته است؟ یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که متاثر از اهمیت انرژی در ساختار اقتصادی جین و همچنین جایگاه عراق در ابتکار کمربند و جاده، روابط اقتصادی چین با عراق در عصر پسا صدام رشد قابل توجهی داشته است. بعلاوه، درک نخبگان عراقی از چین در عرصه نظام بین الملل، در تعمیق این فرایند از اهمیت برخوردار است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی و تحلیلی و بر مبنای روش کیفی و روش گردآوری داده ها منابع کتابخانه ای و اینتنرتی است.

چکیده English

China and Iraq have close economic and trade cooperation. China is Iraq's largest trading partner, and Iraq is China's third largest trading partner among Arab countries. China's aid, which is provided without political conditions, has facilitated numerous bilateral agreements and investments. In fact, in the complex framework of global politics, the relationship between China and Iraq has changed dramatically and has transformed from diplomatic relations to a deep economic relationship. In this regard, given the importance of the subject, this research seeks to answer the central question, what impact has Iraqi oil had on China-Iraq economic relations? The research findings show that, influenced by the importance of energy in Jin's economic structure as well as Iraq's position in the Belt and Road Initiative, China's economic relations with Iraq have grown significantly in the post-Saddam era. In addition, the understanding of Iraqi elites about China in the international system is important in deepening this process. The research method in this research is descriptive and analytical, based on the qualitative method and the data collection method is library and Internet sources.
